1. General Refund Policy
We provide a simple and fair refund policy. We understand you might not be completely satisfied with the service, and in such cases, we are here to help.
2. Refund Period
2.1 Refund Period Duration
You have 14 days from the date of payment completion to request a full refund. The refund request must be submitted within this period.
2.2 Period Start
The refund period begins from the date of receiving payment confirmation from PayPal, not from the date of requesting the first report.
3. Refund Conditions
3.1 When You Can Get a Full Refund
You can receive a full refund if:
- You have not used any of the purchased report credits.
- No reports have been requested after purchase.
- The refund request was submitted within 14 days of purchase.
3.2 Partial Refund
If you have used part of the report credits, you can receive a partial refund based on the remaining number of reports. For example:
- If you purchased a 20 Reports Pack ($50) and used only 5 reports, you can refund $37.50 (based on 15 remaining reports).
- If you purchased a 1 Report Pack ($5) and used it, no refund can be provided.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- The purchase date.
- The PayPal Transaction ID (if possible).
- The reason for the refund request.
4.2 Request Processing
We will review the refund request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via PayPal.

It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on PayPal's and your bank's policy.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- The 14-day period from the date of purchase has expired.
- All purchased report credits have been used.
- The purchase was due to customer error (e.g., purchasing the wrong pack).
- Repeated refund requests for the same purchase.
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
6. Monthly Subscriptions
6.1 Subscription Cancellation
If you purchased the Monthly Subscription pack, you can cancel at any time. The subscription will stop from the following month.
6.2 Current Month Fee Refund
Current month fees are non-refundable if the service has been partially used. However, if you haven't used the service at all within the first month, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We do not charge extra fees for the refund process. The refund is made directly to your PayPal account without any deductions from our side.
