See what keeps appearing in customer reviews and what deserves a closer look
Customer Feeling turns available public Google Maps reviews into a report about recurring praise and complaints. Analyze one business or compare two to five businesses over the same date range. The currently available report period is 1 to 90 days, counting both the start and end dates.
Why we built Customer Feeling
Reviews arrive one at a time. A striking complaint can draw your attention away from dozens of other observations, while the star rating rarely explains what happened during a visit. Sorting the text and comparing locations by hand takes time.
We group subjects that recur in the available public reviews for the locations you choose. The result gives your team a starting point for examining a strength or a problem. Operational decisions remain with you: a report cannot know the circumstances inside your business as well as your staff and records can.
One business or several locations
Request a single-location report or compare two to five businesses in one request over one selected date range.
Evidence you can inspect
Each new report package has a PDF with the findings and a separate Excel register of the reviews included in the analysis.
Clear credit cost
One credit is reserved per business in the request. You see the comparison cost before submitting from your account.
Keep control of your Google account
We use location links and available public reviews. We do not need your Google password or business-management access.
What is in the report?
The PDF summarizes patterns in the review text: recurring praise, complaints and subjects worth discussing with your team. A comparison presents differences between locations in one package. The accompanying Excel file lets you inspect the reviews used as evidence.
You select start and end dates and the report language when submitting a request. Findings depend on public-review source coverage, location identity and verifiable publication dates. We do not describe the data as a complete historical record when the evidence does not support that claim.
Use the findings alongside sales and quality records, staff observations and direct customer feedback. Reviews tell you what some visitors noticed, not everything that happened inside the business.
Who can use it?
Single-location owners
Check whether an observation recurs before adding it to the team’s priorities.
Branch managers
Compare subjects raised about each location in the same period, while accounting for differences in review volume and coverage.
Operations and customer service teams
Use the findings to start a specific discussion, then check them against what is happening on the ground.
Your businesses in My Library
When a new public-review report request is accepted, we add its Google Maps business to My Library in your account and queue a separate review collection. If the same place is already saved, we reuse its library entry.
Saving a business does not reserve another report credit. If we cannot add it to your library, the public report request continues and you see a notice. Library collection is separate from report collection and may read the source again. Google review coverage is not guaranteed, and earlier requests are not added automatically.
